After the excitement of the morning trying to buy tickets for Glastonbury, it was time to meet up in Notting Hill for the Portobello photo-shoot.
We met by the answer to the clue that was closest to Notting Hill Gate and then worked our way along the clues ina more or less straight line.
There were quite a few others doing the same and I decided to take some photos of other participants as well as of the answers to the quiz.
Luckily it was a beautiful day with sunshine and warmth, and so the walk along the portobello Road, interspersed with coffe and finally a pizza, made for an enjoyable afternoon.
I've no idea how we will do in the competition, but the main point was to have some fun. It was also facinating to see the house where Thom Yorke recorded Eraser; it has a complete copy of the CD cover painted on the wall.
We also met a friend of the artist who painted it!
